We love watching cooking shows like the Iron Chef and Chopped, and sometimes Chav likes to be an iron chef. Here are some things he's rather proud of, and they turned out pretty yummy!

Sour Dough Bread
This bread is quite the process. If he's as diligent and tends to our little boy as he did this bread, I think this baby will be well off. Ü He even made the "starter" which sits for a few days capturing the "wild yeast in the air". Sounds like bull, but it must work. I'm pretty proud of him!
He coated the bottom of the bread pan with oats. Yum.
I don't really like sour dough, but he made it more mild so I could stand it. How sweet.
